Order
Orders are typically fulfilled within 7 business days. After shipping, the order will be delivered within 3 business days.
All orders can be tracked via UPS using the tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping is free on all orders.
It may not always be possible to change the shipping address. Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
To cancel an order, please email us at info@amaliahomecollection.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In that case, you can initiate a return.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "Orders" section.
Ensure all billing and shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If the issue persists, please contact your bank.
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Returns
To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our Contact page or email us at info@amaliahomecollection.com with your order number, the product's condition, and the reason for the return.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
We do not currently process exchanges. Please return the original item by fulfilling the form on our contact’s page and place a new order for the desired item.
